EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request using the form below and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A member of our Customer Care team will then contact you with further instructions on how to return your item(s).

If you withdraw from your purchase within the eligible period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or monogrammed items.
